QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

What to know before you begin.

Every property and camera system is different. These answers explain the general process; your final coverage is confirmed during consultation.

Ask another question ↗
What is remote CCTV monitoring?+

Remote CCTV monitoring uses compatible cameras and an agreed monitoring workflow to help review activity at a property. The exact service depends on your equipment and selected plan.

Can you monitor my existing cameras?+

Potentially. Camera, recorder, network, and software compatibility must be assessed before a service can be confirmed.

How does AI-assisted monitoring work?+

Where supported, AI-assisted analytics can flag configured activity for review. Detection may be affected by camera placement, lighting, connectivity, settings, and other conditions; it cannot guarantee that every event will be detected.

What happens when suspicious activity is identified?+

Actions follow the agreed escalation procedure, which may include notifying designated contacts. Emergency-service dispatch is not implied unless specifically arranged and legally available under the service agreement.

Which monitoring hours are available?+

The current plan options are 8 hours per day, 12 hours per day, and 24/7, subject to consultation and confirmation of service availability.

How much does monitoring cost?+

Current example monthly pricing for eight cameras is $800 for 8-hour coverage, $1,200 for 12-hour coverage, and $1,600 for 24/7 coverage. These totals use the supplied per-camera rates and must be confirmed before service begins.

Can I add more cameras later?+

Additional cameras can be discussed. The indicative rate depends on the selected plan: $100, $150, or $200 per camera per month. Compatibility and any setup requirements must be confirmed.

How do I get started?

Send a consultation request with your property type, camera count, and desired monitoring hours. The team can then discuss compatibility, coverage, and the agreed response workflow.
